Ottumwa Sports and TCG Card Expo in conjunction with the Empire Cards Pokemon and Magic The Gathering Tournament with Champions. The event runs from Friday, December 5th through Sunday, December 7th. The tournament has two divisions (Pokemon and Magic The Gathering) with a $50 buy-in and a $10,000 first-place prize for each division. Saturday hours: 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday hours: 11 AM to 4 PM. The event is marketed across the Midwest and nationally, with an expected tournament participation of 500-1000.
